Description
North Sea Port, a merger between the Dutch Zeeland Seaports and the Flemish Port of Ghent, has grown into a world port. The good accessibility for road transport and the connection to the European rail network contribute to this. In 2017, North Sea Port thus worked its way into the European top ten seaports.
An additional advantage is that although this site is located in a port area, you are not obliged to work with dock workers.
A warehouse of a maximum of 20,000 m², and everything is custom-made. A landscape office, kitchenette and cafeteria are also included in the package.
